Lauren Garcia: President

As a freshman in high school, Lauren was became aware of the needs of the people of Granada and responded by helping to develop a community service trip for students at her school. Lauren organizes fundraisers at the university she attends and has also begun to raise fund for Haiti.

Michael Garcia: Director
Michael has worked in the field in Granada since he was 12 years old. Now at university, he continues to spend vacation time with Mano en Mano in Nicaragua as it continues its mission of helping to build a better future for children and their families.

Rachel Nation: Designer / Advisor
Rachel designed the Mano en Mano website and has gone to Nicaragua every summer since 2006. rachel helps lead the St. Stephen's School annual community service trip where she and her husband provide a true-hands on building experience for high-school students.
